What do you suggest for developing advanced piano techniques?

I am my eighth year of learning piano and wish to develop my techniques to performance level. I would like to know what books/methods/programs you have used for such purpose.
I found The Piano Course by Micheal Furstner which he claimed to help develop superior technique. If anyone has used it I would love to know your opinion.
Thank you very much!

It’s really all about dedication and time and practice technique.
The more songs you play, the more technique you can get down and the better you get at reading.
When you practice, you have to play slow and nitpick every single mistake. It’s the only way to get something to performance level in decent time.

Hmm, how old are you? Maybe you can take lessons from a good teacher at a local college?..She/He can help you play more technically challenging pieces, and show you the correct way to practice them without hurting your hands.
